| The Eastern Iowa Regional Housing Authority is organized pursuant to Chapter 28E, Code of Iowa, and was established and created as a regional housing authority serving Cedar, Clinton, Delaware, Dubuque, Jackson and Jones Counties in Eastern Iowa. |
The goal of EIRHA is to provide decent, safe, and affordable rental housing for eligible families and to provide opportunities and promote self-sufficiency, economic independence, and homeownership opportunities for Housing Choice Voucher participants and Public Housing residents. |
