Single Family Affordable Homes
EIRHA will sell older single family affordable homes that have been rehabilitated so that all major components, such as; roof, mechanicals, plumbing, and electrical have been updated to meet all local codes. The home will be equipped with new kitchen appliances. Prices on these rehabilitated homes are expected not to exceed $90,000.

Do you Qualify?
Applications are now being accepted from qualified homebuyers. To qualify, the applicant must have income at or below 80% of the county median (see below); secure a first mortgage with a lending institution; be considered a first-time homebuyer; and attend a homeownership counseling session prior to closing. Although a standard mortgage is required, EIRHA can assist homebuyers with defraying the cost of the home through local and state grants.
