The Eastern Iowa Regional Housing Corporation owns and manages ten elderly and/or disabled USDA rental units: six (1BR) in Grand Mound, Iowa, and four (1 BR) in Worthington, Iowa. Rental assistance is financed by USDA for these units.

Income guidelines

After we receive your application, you will be put on a waiting list. When we have a vacancy and you reach the top of the waiting list you will be mailed a preliminary briefing packet that you need to complete and return to our office. After the screening process is completed, you will be offered a unit.
