Brief Description Our Mission Search
The Eastern Iowa Regional Housing Authority is organized pursuant to Chapter 28E, Code of Iowa, and was established and created as a regional housing authority serving Cedar, Clinton, Delaware, Dubuque, Jackson and Jones Counties in Eastern Iowa, excluding the city limits of Dubuque and Clinton. The goal of EIRHA is to provide decent, safe, and affordable housing for eligible households; to provide opportunities and promote self-sufficiency; create economic independence; and provide homeownership opportunities for Housing Choice Voucher and Public Housing participants.
