The Eastern Iowa Regional Housing Authority is organized pursuant to Chapter 28E, Code of Iowa, and was established and created as a regional housing authority serving Cedar, Clinton, Delaware, Dubuque, Jackson and Jones Counties in Eastern Iowa, excluding the city limits of Dubuque and Clinton.
